Rob and Kristen- a sweet second

Waking up this past Saturday and looking out my window to see snow… ugh! I had a wedding to shoot! I love that Utah Spring weather is predictable in that way. Winter always needs to have one last stand. One more hurrah before it gives up to the warm sun. I knew it was coming, I was just hoping it wouldn’t land on Kristen and Rob’s wedding day. I was able to work around the snow. We shot some inside and some outside. No prob.
Rob and Kristen are from Colorado, but they came here to get married so… I could shoot their wedding. 🙂 Hee hee! No, the bride’s family is from Utah so they wanted something small and intimate. I LOVED to see their smiles during the ceremony. They were filled with so much love and happiness. It was presh. They both have kids so they were making a new family with this marriage. It’s cute because Kristen has two girls and Rob has two boys, like the Brady Bunch. I love being a part of these sweet weddings. I don’t know the details of either of their first marriages, but I love to see a happy ending. And they are most definitely happy. 🙂
Thanks you two for letting me celebrate with you!

These paper roses were given as the wedding favors. Rob proposed to Kristen with paper roses.

My beautiful sister-in-law Christina Harrison made this cake. The broach was Kristen’s grandmother’s.

They cut their cake with Rob’s sword. SWORD!
