Tanner and Juli
In the shot above the family had a tradion to have everyone looking away into the distance except for the bride and groom. Lilly and I were loving every second of this! We have done all of the other things, like the hurray silent cheer, and the looking at the bride and groom while they kiss, but this was original and absolutely hilarious. I LOVE IT!
These are my three cute brides. At the time Ashley wasn't married yet, and Sara had been married a year. What cute ladies!
Are you loving this? I went on a search for Wonder Woman and Superman comic books so I could have them pose with them. They turned out to be so much fun!
This shot above was taken while they were dancing their first dance. They both looked over at me and smiled at the same time. It was fabulous!
The shot above is Ashley of Steven and Ashley (a wedding in October). She is sister's to one of my previous brides, and Juli's friend. She caught the bouquet and it was SO hilarious to see how excited she was when she got it. So the shot below is even more hilarious because her fiance had to live up to Ashley's accomplishments. As you can see he is busting out his American Gladiator moves as he tried to catch the garter belt. Unfortunately it was to no avail. He did not win. But it was still stinking hilarious! He's the guy to the far left in the khaki suit.
These little suckers were actually chocolate covered cheesecake on a stick. Is there anything better than to miniaturize the most delicious and wonderful things on earth and put them on a stick? I say to you... no there is not!
Juli is a friend of one of my bride's I shot last year. I met her at that wedding and I was so excited when she called telling me she was getting married. She booked me well in advance, and had her engagements and bridals done with enough time to spare. In other words, Juli is definitely a planner. :) She really wanted to go to the Salt Lake Library after we shot at the Salt Lake Temple on her wedding day. So Lilly, Juli, Tanner and I all got on Trax and made a moment out of it! It was hilarious to walk around with a bride and groom amongst the normal people of the world. Anyway- fun fun!
On a different note: Does anyone even read what I'm writing? Here I am at midnight with my pregnant legs up on a futon under my desk. I am battling my heart burn and watching Oprah on the other computer. Frankly I feel like I'm writing into the wind, and it doesn't even matter because no one is looking. So if you're out there, let me know! Comment! Goodness!
Oh, and people! I need you to refer me to your friends for their weddings. I LOVE weddings I need more!
